Who you gonna call…gunkbusterssssssss. I use them on my whiteheads to extract all the gunk. I’ll usually use another one to heal it even more. I realize that it reduces the scarring and heals faster.

Miracle worker for zits. I’ve used other products similar to this that came in different sizes however, I believe this product works the best. It is so easy, just cover your bump when you feel it coming up. I use them overnight when possible, they are clear so you could wear them any time. I won’t be without these.

Recommend. I love them, and they work well even for scabbed over cystic acne! I use them nights before big events (because I get bad stress acne) and its worked wonders 🙂

Amazing. Truly the most amazing product I’ve used for acne. I have a lot of hormonal acne on my chin and I use these patches whenever I can feel a zit coming and it targets the area immediately by drawing out the gunk. It removes what’s inside the pore better than using fingers and it doesn’t scar. I can’t believe I waited so long to try these. They also work on ingrown hairs down there!

Mighty Patch is my favorite product to fight against breakouts. You simply put a patch over the area where your pimple is forming or is and let it work it’s magic! It helps to dry out the blemish so it goes away much faster. I typically put this on overnight so it’s on the blemish as long as possible. You know it’s working because the patch will turn white. This has helped me so much from having bad breakouts caused from wearing a mask. Simply a MUST have product!!

I’m obsessed!!! I tried these for the first time last night and I am very impressed! I’ve tried many products and while they often helped reduce the redness of actual pimples and the size a little they never did anything for my whiteheads (which have been worse having to wear a mask at work). I tried these on my most stubborn spots on both whiteheads and pimples (packaging says it works better on whiteheads than pimples). My pimple was waaaay better, its still there but the redness is mostly gone and the size was cut more than half way down! As for my white heads, those were completely gone! I will absolutely buy again and keep in stock in my bathroom!

Definitely have to try. I have sensitive skin so I couldn’t leave on for the recommended time because it kinda burns BUT worth it. (Pic after 4hrs) Cleans out those nasty pimples, disgusting but effective. Just start slow if you have sensitive skin

Works most of the time! Most of the time this will well pull a pimple to a head. As others said, this is a big help with cystic acne. Every now and again I will run into a deep set pimple that doesn’t respond to these, but most of the time I’ve had success when using the patch

You can see the patch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can see the patch work as it takes out the blemish. The only con i have experienced was the circular mark left after removing the patch due to my dry skin. Pimples heal visibly faster!
